Chilli Tuna Salad



This is a simple, quick and easy meal to prepare.

Just chop up half a green pepper, 1 baby gem lettuce and chilli pepper then peel 1 carrot. Throw it all into a bowl and add a can of Tuna add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt and then you’ll have a delicious low calorie nutrient dense meal perfect for any snack, lunch or dinner.
